While participating in on-campus events and meetings, participants must follow all public health guidelines mandated by the University at the time of the event, including masking guidance. Georgetown strongly suggests that attendees who attend in-person be fully vaccinated and anyone experiencing symptoms stay home. If you are not fully vaccinated, we will require that you wear a face covering at both indoor and outdoor events, even when it is no longer required for those who are vaccinated.

COVID-19 is a serious disease, resulting potentially in illness, hospitalization, and even death. Our first priority is the health and safety of our event participants. In the spirit of cura personalis, the University requires that event participants follow certain health and safety measures, which may vary depending on the nature of the event, in order to help protect the health and safety of all participants. While the University is taking steps to mitigate the risks to event participants, the University cannot guarantee a COVID-19 free environment or eliminate the chance of infection and the health risks associated with it. By participating in this event, you assume the risks involved. You may also be required to leave the event, if you fail to follow the required health and safety measures.
